However, what we are beginning to realise that what we do helps create a fundamental shift in how people see themselves, their role in their eco-system and how working and leading in this way creates a more fruitful way of being at work. It drives performance of the system as a whole, creates more mindful and mentally healthy workplaces and also drives economic growth. The what we do is actually “social technology”. Creating ways of thinking, feeling and being that are understandable, impactful and, above all, usable. These models form Ohten’s unique social technology platform.
